Wendy Lanxner, LPMT, MT-BC, NMT is a Washington-area music therapist and the creator of TheraTiles. As a music therapist with Levine Music, Wendy works with children, teens, and adults, through community partnerships, and in Montgomery County Public Schools. Her work with individuals with a wide range of communication and motor needs inspired her to develop TheraTiles.

Wendy is also a longtime music director with ArtStream, where she co-creates original musicals with adults with disabilities. Previously, she spent five years as Musician in Residence at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, providing interactive bedside music and group music experiences for pediatric patients. Wendy lives in Silver Spring, MD and plays bass in the band Wendy & the Lost Boys.
